Terms of Use

This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

These Terms of Use ("these Terms") set out the conditions for using London Creator Map ("the Site"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. The service

The Site is a website that provides, free of charge, information useful for photo and video shoots in London, such as photo spots, areas, shooting routes and guidance on filming permission. No registration is required.

2. Listed information

• Information such as nearest stations, travel times, opening hours, prices, filming rules and venue names may change without notice.
• The Site strives to keep the listed information accurate, complete and up to date, but does not guarantee it.
• Before you go or shoot, always check the official information from each venue or manager.
• If you notice an error in the listed information, we would appreciate it if you let us know via Contact.

3. Filming precautions

Whether permission is required depends on the location, the scale of the shoot, the equipment used (tripods, lighting, drones, etc.), whether it is commercial and other factors. Labels such as "Filming Permission" on the Site are only a rough guide; they do not guarantee whether permission is required and do not constitute legal advice.

When filming, please observe the following:

• Follow laws, local regulations, the rules set by each venue or manager, and instructions from staff
• On private land, inside shops and in residential areas, avoid causing a nuisance to owners and residents (for example, don't block walkways or doorsteps, and keep noise down)
• Pay close attention to traffic and the safety of those around you, and do not shoot in dangerous places or restricted areas
• Respect the image rights and privacy of anyone who appears in your shots
• If you use a drone, check the aviation authority's regulations and any permissions required

4. Prohibited conduct

When using the Site, the following conduct is prohibited:

• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
• Placing an excessive load on the Site's servers or network, or gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access
• Mass collection or copying of the listed information by automated means (such as scraping)
• Reproducing, copying, redistributing or selling the Site's text, data or design without permission
• Infringing the copyright, image rights, privacy or other rights of third parties
• Interfering with the operation of the Site, or impersonating the Site or its operator

5. Intellectual property

• Rights in the Site's text, the structure of its spot data, its design and so on belong to the Site's operator or the rightful owners.
• Copyright in the photos belongs to each photographer, and the photos are used under their respective licences, such as the Unsplash License or Creative Commons (CC BY / CC BY-SA). If you use a photo, follow the source and licence stated in its credit.
• If you wish to use the Site's content beyond the scope of quotation permitted under copyright law, please contact us in advance.

6. External services and links

The Site includes links to and features of external services such as Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, social networks (LINE, X, Facebook, WhatsApp) and the sites where photos are sourced. The Site accepts no responsibility for the content or use of external services, or for any damage arising from them. Your use of external services is subject to their own terms.

7. The Save feature

Spots saved with "♡ Save" are stored only in your browser. If your saved spots are lost because you delete your browser data, change devices, use private browsing or similar, the Site cannot restore them and accepts no responsibility.

8. Disclaimer

• Except where caused by the wilful misconduct or gross negligence of the Site's operator, the Site accepts no responsibility for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
• The Site does not guarantee that it is free from errors or bugs, or that it will be available without interruption.

9. Changes, suspension and termination of the service

The Site may change its content, or suspend or terminate all or part of the service, without prior notice to users. The Site accepts no responsibility for any damage arising from this.

10. Changes to these Terms

The Site may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time they are published on this page, and continued use of the Site after that time is deemed to constitute agreement to the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, at first instance, of the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Site's operator.
