Maritime grandeur and panoramic views

Greenwich is known for its UNESCO World Heritage maritime architecture and a hill with sweeping views over London. From the top of Greenwich Park you can capture a dramatic view of the Canary Wharf towers beyond the Old Royal Naval College. The Cutty Sark clipper and the Queen's House, with its famous spiral staircase, are must-see photo spots for architecture lovers. It's a little out of the centre, but well worth half a day or more.
