Frequently asked questions
Can I order without any text or photos?
Yes. We'll talk it through and draft your English and Japanese copy for you. For photos, we'll use yours or choose properly licensed stock images.
Do I need to speak Japanese?
Not at all. We work in English or Japanese — whichever you prefer — and explain what the Japanese pages say.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
After 12 months you can cancel at any time, and choose either to buy the site outright (£300 + VAT) or to take it offline.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer, or by debit or credit card.
